All products are manufactured and sold in compliance with United States federal law. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including restrictions on magazine capacity, features, and transfers. We do not ship to jurisdictions where items are prohibited.
Washington law prohibits the sale, manufacture, importation, or distribution of large-capacity magazines (over 10 rounds) and certain assault weapons. We do not sell prohibited items. Purchaser is responsible for compliance.
Firearms, receivers, and regulated items ship only to valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. Purchaser must arrange transfer through a licensed dealer and comply with all background checks and waiting periods.
Liemohn Manufacturing LLC operates under Class 7 Federal Firearms License and Class 2 Special Occupational Taxpayer status.
Certain products are controlled under ITAR or EAR. Export, re-export, or transfer outside the US is prohibited without authorization. Purchaser certifies no sale/transfer to foreign persons or restricted entities.
