What thread patterns do you support?

We support Unified 60° (3A/3B) patterns including 1/2×28, 1/2×32, 1/2×36, 9/16×24, 5/8×24, and 3/4×10, as well as ISO 60° Metric (6g/6H) patterns including 13.5×1M LH, 14×1M, 16×1M, and 16×1.5M. All threads are cut to 3A/3B standards with proper ring gauges and thread pitch micrometers.

Do I need to ship my entire firearm for barrel threading?

For AR-15 barrels, the barrel can be shipped stripped and ready to thread. For services on Marlin 1895, Beretta 21A, Ruger MK II/IV, Browning Buckmark, and MP5, the whole firearm must be shipped. Contact us prior to shipment to make arrangements.

What are your custom manufacturing capabilities?

Our shop offers comprehensive manufacturing capabilities including CNC milling, CNC turning, laser engraving, and manual machining. Custom manufacturing services are $100/hour plus materials. FFL/SOT available upon request.

How much does AR-15 barrel threading cost?

AR-15 barrel threading costs $75. The barrel must be removed and stripped. Additional costs apply for disassembly if required. Price does not include return shipping or taxes.
