The LM607 is a precise reproduction of the CAR-15/GX5857/Model 607 moderator — the earliest version used during the Vietnam War. It was first used on the Model 607/GX5857/LM607 rifle but was also tested on the prototype Model 608 Air Force survival rifle. This version lacks flash ports and features a welded internal baffle core.
