If you need a part made, a prototype, or a small production run, we can make it. The shop has CNC milling and turning, laser engraving, and manual machines. Billed at $100 an hour plus materials.

We thread AR-15 barrels on the lathe, cut concentric to the bore and checked with a 3A ring gauge. Send the barrel already pulled from the upper and stripped. If you can't do that yourself, we can do it for an extra charge.

Threading for the Marlin 1895 Guide Gun in .45-70. We take the rifle apart, thread the muzzle 5/8×24, shorten the magazine tube if your model needs it, and make a thread cover to go with it in stainless or blued.

Adds a 1/2×28 thread to the Beretta 21A. The barrel comes off and gets turned down, then a stepped adapter goes on and is locked in place with Rocksett. Comes with a knurled thread cover. Makes your mouse gun as quiet as a mouse.

For Ruger MK II and MK IV bull barrels. We move the front sight back, cut the barrel to 4 inches or shorter, and thread the muzzle 1/2×28. At that length standard-velocity ammo stays subsonic, which makes it a very good suppressor host.

The same job as our Ruger conversion, done on the Buck Mark bull barrel: front sight moved back, barrel shortened for subsonic loads, muzzle threaded 1/2×28. The Buck Mark's bolt vents gas out both sides, so it stays cleaner running a suppressor.

Barrel removal and replacement for 9mm MP5s and clones, using tooling made for the MP5. Labor is $375, plus a B&T barrel at market price. Get in touch before you ship so we can make arrangements.
